What working
here is like
We work in small, integrated teams on a small number of products at a time. You'll be close to every discipline — the strategy conversations, the design decisions, the engineering trade-offs. Nothing is siloed and nothing is hidden.
The work is varied. In a given week you might be deep in a complex architectural decision, presenting a product strategy to a founder, running a usability test, or reviewing a design system. You're expected to have opinions that cross your discipline — and to argue for them.
We work hard and we're direct with each other. We don't have a long approval chain or a lot of process. The best idea wins, regardless of seniority. We trust people to do excellent work and give them the autonomy to do it.

Curious across disciplines
We work better when everyone understands a bit of everything. You don't need to be a designer and an engineer, but you should be interested in what the other disciplines are doing and why.
