We are a small team by design. The people you meet when you're evaluating us are the people who will be working on your product — there are no layers between the conversation and the work.
This matters for quality. When the person thinking about your product architecture is also the person who talked to your users last week, the decisions are better. Context doesn't get lost in handoffs because there are no handoffs.
