What we look for in a founder

A problem worth solving

We're drawn to ventures tackling real, significant problems — not incremental feature plays. The problem should be clearly understood and well-articulated.

Domain credibility

You have earned the right to solve this problem. You understand the space, the customers, and what "good" looks like — even if you haven't built it yet.

Commercial instinct

A vision without a business model is a project. We look for founders who think about value creation, not just product creation. Unit economics matter from day one.

The will to see it through

Building a product company is hard. We want founders who are in it for the long run — not the next fundraise milestone, but the actual outcome.
