The information needed to answer most of these already exists in their property management system. It just takes time to find and respond.
Venture Beta uses AI to handle the 80% of enquiries that are routine — freeing property managers to focus on the relationships and decisions that actually require human judgment.

An AI layer on top of existing property management workflows that understands tenancy context, drafts accurate responses, and routes exceptions to the right person. Built to integrate with existing tools — not replace them.
Our Involvement
We joined as a product building partner at the discovery stage. We’ve led product strategy, UX design, and engineering since day one. The founding team has deep domain expertise in property management — we bring the product and technology capability.
